  Jacques Bermon Webster II, born on April 30 1991, is popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott), the American musician, rapper and songwriter. His stage name is the name of a favorite uncle combined with the first name of one of his idols, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major-label deal with Epic Records and a publishing deal with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. He has signed with Epic as well as T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first full-length album, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released as a self-release. In 2013, Scott self-released his first full-length project, Owl Pharaoh, and followed it up with Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) marked the debut album of his studio. The single that became his biggest hit, "Antidote", was included on the album. His second album entitled Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. The following year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo titled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the name group Huncho Jack.In 2018 his third studio album, Astroworld, was released to great acclaim. It also featured his debut Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). In the latter part of 2019, Scott's record label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys that topped the Billboard 200. Scott's hit single "Franchise" with Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, was released. Scott was the first rapper to be ranked first place on the Hot 100 with three songs in less than a year.
